14 TON / 18 TON & 21 TON DUAL-PURPOSE DEBULKING TRAILERS

From start to finish, harvesting is a breeze with a BPI Dual-Purpose Debulking Trailer. Harvest efficiency is pushed to the max with a 4.5 tons discharge rate per minute. The auger mounted on the front of the Debulking Trailer means 100% unloading visibility from the tractor’s cab. When it comes to moving grain, no one offers more choices than your nearest BPI dealer. Sizes range from 14, 18 and 21 ton capacity. There are BPI grain handling products available to help increase your harvesting efficiency. A unique sump design funnels all grain by means of an auger to the transfer case, helping to feed the discharge auger for faster unloading compared to other grain carts. The front hydraulic folding auger gives better reach to fill the grain truck and the sump can also be opened manually to discharge the grain into a pit and easier to clean out. When the auger is closed, a 25 mm pin is welded to the cradle that secures the auger while in storage or in transport. An adjustable hitch makes hook-up easy and can be adjusted to different heights to match any tractor, which will keep the cart level in transport, ensuring stability. Vertical ribs on the sideboards give these carts additional strength and support when they are full. The PTO slip clutch design helps protect the gearbox and drive line and requires minimal maintenance. Silicone sealed seams prevent corrosion. Hose holders provide convenient placement when not in use.

10 TON & 15 TON BULK TRAILERS

BPI low speed Bulk Trailers are well known in the market from VETSAK’s days for their reliability and durable construction. Bulk Trailers are available in 10 ton and 15 ton models. The Bulk Trailer presents the farmer with an affordable solution for the challenges of handling bulk loads of grain during harvesting. The removable sides offer the opportunity to convert into a flat deck trailer configuration during the off-season for multi-purpose use. The bigger carrying capacity of 15 ton allows one to optimise the cost per ton ratio by as much as 50%. The load distribution is transferred evenly throughout the 3 axles. The rear 2 axles are constructed on a pivoting dolly allowing the trailers to handle uneven terrain with ease and offers more manageability in the field. With hardly any weight on the tractor’s drawbar, a smaller kilowatt tractor can be used to draw the trailer. The trailers come standard with running-in-brakes on the front axle. The BPI 4 Wheel Tipper Trailer series has a compact design transporting various items and thus has a high daily performance, which is achieved due to a balanced ratio of weight and utility body volume. Multi-purpose trailers are a solution for cheap and fast transport of all materials. The trailers can be fitted with an expanded metal cage and trailers can then be used for many different tasks for example silage, land sculpting, debris removal, refuse
removal for smaller municipalities and many more applications. The trailers are also built on a heavy duty chassis and four-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder. 2 Wheel Tipper Trailers are available in 5 ton and 8 ton heavy duty tipper trailer. Also featuring:

017 DUAL-PURPOSE DEBULKING TRAILER

The Dual-Purpose Debulking Trailer is the logistic link for grain transportation between the continuously moving harvester and the transport vehicles waiting at the edge of the field. During the time that the Debulking Trailer receives, transports and transfers the grain, the harvester continues to work without interruptions. This significantly increases harvest productivity. What makes the 6 ton and 8 ton Debulking Trailer unique is its ability to debulk not only harvested crop, but also fertilizer with great efficiency. The lateral auger, which feeds from rear to front, pushes the fertilizer or harvested crop into a transfer case, which in return moves the material up a vertical chute. The vertical chute has a conveyor chain that moves the material up and into the trailer, truck or planter in the case of fertilizer.

The conveyor chain allows the Debulking Trailer to fertilize effortlessly, and therefore the planter’s fertilizer bins can be filled with ease during planting season.

2 WHEEL FLATBED & DROP SIDE TRAILERS

The 2 Wheel Flatbed Trailer falls under the general purpose trailers suitable for small agricultural farmers. 2 Wheel Trailers have an advantage over 4 Wheel Trailers because 2 Wheel Trailers respond more accurately to the movements of the tractor. One can also tail more than one 2 Wheel Trailer behind one another. TWIN TURN TABLE TRAILER

The Twin Turn Table Trailer is fundamentally different to a center axle trailer in that it has two steering pivot points rather than one. The Twin Turn Table Trailer is connected to the tractor via a sturdy A-Type draw bar and can hook up to 12 trailers behind each other. The Twin Turn Table design allows the trailers to follow each other and when the front trailer turns the rear trailer(s) will follow. Due to its unique Twin Turn Table design, the tractor can make a 180˚ turn coming down the vineyard and the following trailers will still be going up and following each other, relatively easy to manoeuvre. The Twin Turn Table Trailers come in two lengths, 3.0 m and 3.6 m, with front and rear headboards to secure the harvested crops that are in crates. The trailers are mainly used in vineyards, fruit orchards, tunnels, nurseries and many more applications.
