The current management team will remain in their positions after investors have entered the group.

In a tough environment and current economic climate every role player in the market needs to assess their current and future position, assessing its growth proposition.  In order to expand BPI Manufacturing. the shareholders are looking for a strategic partner with the same core business and ethical values to find synergies in the agricultural industry, also allowing BPI to grow in other industries.  The aim is to expand through sharing knowledge and expertise as well as valuable dealer/service dealer networks and relationships built through the last 20 years in the agricultural industry.
