SK GRADER SERIES (MECHANICAL) THREE-POINT LINKAGE

BPI grader blades are mounted to tractors by a three-point linkage system. These grader blades can be used in various applications for example: making gravel roads, land leveling, opening and filling ditches, dirt race tracks and landscaping. The three-point mechanical models can also be used as a dozer by turning the mouldboard around for repairing ditches for drainage, backfilling holes and trenches. Other possible applications include the distribution of topsoil and gravel. The gradient and angle of the blade belonging to the mechanical grader module variety can be adjusted mechanically and the
hydraulic model from the tractor’s seat. The weight advantage allows for making gravel roads and the position of the blade can be adjusted to 9 different angles of grading. Two size models are available (3.0 m and 3.6 m) and all blades are produced from special steel to prevent corrosion and breaking.

AYRSK GRADER SERIES (HYDRAULIC) THREE-POINT LINKAGE

With this hydraulic option, as with all BPI graders, blades are mounted to tractors by a three-point linkage system and can be used in various applications. The weight advantage allows for making gravel roads and the position of the blade can be adjusted to 9 different angles of grading. Two size models are available (3.0 m and 3.6 m) and all blades are produced from special steel to prevent corrosion and breaking.

AYRSK GRADER SERIES (HYDRAULIC) TRAILED

Available in a trailed model, grader blades are mounted to the drawbar of the tractor. These grader blades can be used in various applications for example: making gravel roads, land leveling, opening and filling ditches, dirt race tracks and landscaping. Other possible applications include the distribution of topsoil and gravel. The weight advantage allows for making gravel roads and the position of the blade can be adjusted to 9 different angles of grading. Two size models are available (3.0 m and 3.6 m) and all blades are produced from special steel to prevent corrosion and breaking.

HDS SERIES HEAVY DUTY SLASHER

The HDS series Heavy Duty Slasher is designed for all grass-cutting, bush clearing and heavy slashing operations in tough conditions, with the different models having cutting widths from 1,5 to 2m, available in normal or windrow models, are fitted with a robust heavy-duty gearbox and also a heavy-duty slip clutch PTO for additional machine protection and works best with tractors rated from 35 to 70kW. This specially designed blade holder system allows the blade to swing 360 degrees when encountering an obstruction. A rugged built construction and steel flaps at the rear of the HDS Slasher provides protection from flying stones and debris kicked up during the cutting process. The windrow models, also available from 1.5m to 2.0m, allows the operator to place the cut grass in a
windrow.

• Robust design
• Adjustable cutting height
• Heavy duty gearbox
• Slip clutch PTO

This design, with an unique flow guide plate, allows for a larger space for the cut grass to move to the side, into a windrow. This allows a bigger and wider windrow to be created and assists in the raking and baling process.

• Ideal for grass cutting and windrows
• Balanced blade holders
• Special stepped blade design for a more efficient cut

SUPER 36 TRAILED HAMMER MILL

The Super 36 Hammer mill is the flagship and has been in the market for over 40 years. With this excellent track record, the machine has gone from strength to strength in its popularity in the South African and African markets. The Super 36 Hammer Mill has a high capacity output due to the large intake into the milling chamber and comes equipped with 18 hammers, 3 blower blades and 3 knives. This combination allows for desired results time and again including fast and quick maintenance. The Super 36 can accommodate sieves from 1.6 mm up to 42 mm and is efficient from mill to grain. The capacity of the Super 36 with a 6 mm sieve milling maize, is 3 tons per hour.

160 & 170 THRESHING MACHINE

The 170 has a high capacity intake. Standard models are fitted with a bagging attachment, while an auger is available for handling grain in bulk as an optional extra. Most small tractors handle the machine comfortably through a category II three-point hitch. Power is delivered with a PTO shaft from the tractor. An optional carriage with wheels is available, in which case the machine can be driven by an optional engine. This machine is ideal for small scale farmers with small fields, commercial farmers with bagged crops picked up after the harvest and for seed companies doing trails. The machine cuts labour costs because of the capacity it is able to thresh, and the cleanliness of the end product. The 160 model works on the same principal as the 170 model but is more compact and easier to move around, even on the back of a pick-up truck. This model is ideal for sustainable farmers in rural areas. The machine is available in an electric driven, petrol or diesel engine driven, thus can be operated anywhere without having a tractor available.

The cleaning action is done through an angled rotor with adjustable beater bars and a blower mounted on the cleaning rotor that blows out any unwanted material, which ensures that the end product of threshed crop is clean. Cleaned crop falls through the concave sieves surrounding the cleaning rotor, into a bag attached to the bag attachment unit, at the bottom of the machine.

175 TRAILED COMBINE

The 175 model Trailed Harvester is available with headers for harvesting maize, soya beans, sorghum and sunflower, and with a change of header and some minor adjustments, these applications can be achieved easily. The 175 Combine boasts a unique intake and cleaning mechanism which is synonymous with perfect results every time. The main rotor with threshing beaters, enclosed by sieves, is angled to a specific degree to allow threshed crop to slide down and through the sieve to be collected in the holding hopper. The secondary rotor allows even more threshing, to remove as much unwanted material as possible. The cleaning mechanism has a built in blower system, to blow out chaff, husks and leaves from the threshed crop which provides a clean, desirable end-product. The working speed of the 175 Trailed Harvesters is 4-8 km/h and is able to harvest 4 ton/h. The 175 can also be fitted with a chaff chute to collect leaves and husks in a trailer to be used as animal feed.

The Trailed 175 Harvester has been meticulously developed by
BPI and refers to machines that are integrated with the tractor by means of suspending the Harvester. The machine is known for its high efficiency and has established itself in a leading position in both domestic and international markets satisfying the various requirements of different users.
