PRS20T MULTI-PURPOSE SPREADER

The PRS20T Spreader can be regarded as a more economical, multi-purpose upgrade for your spreading needs. PRS20T has been in development for some years and the prototype made its appearance in 2013 after a rigorous testing phase, which was done in conjunction with farmers and spreading contractors using various precision spreading systems. BPI Manufacturing was proud to announce that the well-designed PRS20T 16 m³ Spreader was launched at NAMPO 2015 and has been an iconic spreader since them. The 16 m³ bin capacity saves time by reducing frequent refilling intervals. The PRS20T Spreader not only offers great value for money, but also uncompromised quality. PRS20T is designed using a modular system where the chassis and the body is not welded but bolted, with rubber between the chassis and body, thus reducing the possibility of any welded components cracking. The tandem axle and “F2” leave spring system adapts to extreme conditions enabling it to quickly and effectively spread fields. This Spreader is fully hydraulic-powered which is compatible with most GPS precision spreading systems. The standard PRS20T Spreader is manufactured and equipped with a flow controller with 29 settings on a feed belly chain. PRS20T has a spreading width of up to 60 m (granular fertilizer) and has been tested at a speed of 17 km/h. The PRS20T Spreader carries large quantities of material and will spread at exactly the required rate. A minimum calibration for fertilizer is 50 kg/hectare and up to as much as 15 tons of lime or gypsum/ hectare.

The PRS20T is capable of spreading fertilizer, lime, gypsum, or dry, organic sieved material. The spreading width can be adjusted by configuring the spinner’s blades angle for wider spreading. PRS20T has a ground clearance height of +/- 500 mm, with the spinners rotating at 750 rpm, and at the point of discharge, has a ground clearance height of +/- 800 mm. The PRS20T Spreader is fitted with marker lights, tail lights, as well as reflection material, making
it visible at night and able to be transported on public roads. Furthermore, the PRS20T is also fitted with spot lights for effective night operation. The PRS20T, being a locally manufactured product, ensures a constant availability of replacement parts and back-up service when required. Also featuring:

PRS10T MULTI-PURPOSE SPREADERS

The PRS10T is equipped with a single axle and floatation tyres, enabling less compaction on the field, to quickly and effectively spread fields. This spreader is fully hydraulic powered which is compatible with most GPS precision spreading systems. The standard PRS10T is manufactured and equipped with a flow controller with 29 settings on feed belly chain speed. If it is decided to install the GPS precision system, a conversion can be done fast and easy. With no hassles. The PRS10T has a spreading width of up to 36 m (granular fertilizer) and has been tested at a speed of 14 km/hour. The PRS10T Spreader carries large quantities of material and will spread at exactly the required rate. A minimum calibration for fertilizer is 50 kg per hectare and up to as much as 12 tons of lime or gypsum per hectare. The PRS10T is capable of spreading fertilizer, lime, gypsum, or dry, organic sieved material. Forage Wagon

The Forage trailer is a double axle 8 cube silage trailer with side and rear discharge capability running on 275 x 70
x R22.5″ tyres. Its auger, mounted at the front of the trailer, and accompanying discharge chain are all operated
through a hydraulic pressure system running with a minimum flow rate requirement of 50 liters per minute.
